Will new size tyres fit straight onto my 2004 lariat
Hi all,
I have a 2004 lariat 5.4 which currently has wheels which are 285/60/18. I have seen a set of 4 harley davidson wheels and tyres which are listed as 275/45/22. Are these ok to fit straight on or do i need to modify anything else. apologies if this is bit basic but knowledge of vehicles is not very good. thanks for any help you can give.

The height difference is almost nothing. 0.28" difference. They should fit no problem as long as the bolt pattern is the same. I could be wrong, if I am somebody will chime in about it.
