Is that possible or am I just making things up ? My cousin has a newish dodge and is in the process of this.
I do not know what you mean by spindle lift as there are suspension lifts, body lifts, and leveling kits.

Don't quote me on this but I'm pretty sure spindle lifts are for older vehicles. I think the last year model for a spindle lift was 03 maybe

Get a hold of Rancho and ask them if they are the ones that made the lift in question........

This is what it said :

4" Rancho lift kit Ford F-150 (2004-2008). All items were removed from a 2008 Ford F-150 V-8 4X4.

Ok now here is the thing mine is a 2008 f150 V-8 2wd. I'm thinking because mine is 2wd it will not work. I wish it would for the price but idk.

Here are pics if that helps any

Please help me guys
Where did you find this lift kit? On Craigslist?? What state was it in??? I might be interested since its wont fit your 2wd "easily". I've been wanting the 4" lift for a while and the rancho 4" has been discontinued.

That's what I've been finding every time I search I just get older ... The reason I was looking into spindles was because my cousin just bought bigger spindles for his newish dodge 1500 and is going that route

I gotcha, I don't know anything about dodges but maybe they can do lifts that way. The only way we can is with leveling kits, body lifts, and suspension lifts. What's your price range on lifting your truck?

The 4wd struts will fit a 2wd, it just lifts out about 2 inch over stock. Slickf1fifty did it on his 2wd
