Will all parts from a 2006/2007/2008 truck fit an early 2004? Things like the rear bumper, headlights, tail lights, tow hitch, etc?

Sadly bumpers and fog lights and probably anything to do with a bumper like a hitch wont. In mid 2006 they switched to the round fog lights and also changed the mounting of both bumpers. It is possible to make them work properly but with a good deal of fabrication. just search around im sure you will find a thread about it. Now Head lights and tail lights should be a definite yes.
