Default Will a 2" Lift Adversely Affect My Ride

Im running 33's on my 06 SC and have been considering installing the 2 inch coil spacer leveling kit in the front and 1-2 inch lift blocks in the rear. Admittedly I just want to lift it mainly for looks so i just want to make sure that doing this will not have a negative impact on ride quality or component wear.

If anyone has a pic of the end result of that setup I wouldn't mind seein' that either

With a 2" your in the safe zone. You'll be good with that, most ppl say a 2.5" is ok aswell. Others say a 3" is too much, some have been running them for years. But a 2" is just right and shouldn't affect ride much

I just got 3" inches in the front at the beginning of the summer for pretty cheap and it rides just like stock. Feels great, and perfectly leveled my super cab

First off.. what year truck are you working with? Are you wanting to lift or level? I have a 2004 F150 4x4 5.4L3V and have recently leveled my truck. I installed a 2.5in leveling kit and mounted 285.65.18s BFs All Terrains. I have had ALOT of comments on how much better it looks. I actually have to tip toe to get behind the wheel....

So, if you are going for looks, then go with the leveling kit.. Id leave the rear blocks alone. It wont financially break you. You can get a kit for around 80 bucks. Just remember to get the front end aligned after you do it. I have included a picture of mine.. Before and after shots..

Let us know the results!
Before... with Grappler 275.70.18s

I have a 3" on my 07 2wd AMD the ride was harsh until I installed the 1"rear blocks. That put more weight on the front and softened the ride some...a 2"rear block would've been better for me, but then it would be raked again. Without adding to the rear, 2" in the front is probably perfect.

I have two inch front autospring level and didn't touch the rear end on my 06 and it leveled it perfectly. Didn't change ride much if any. Pics in my album if you want to see.

I ended up going with 2 inch spacers in the front and ready lift 3 inch blocks in the rear. I think it sits just right and handles pretty well.
