Why you love your truck??

I love my Ford for MANY reasons.
-Corporate Financial Standing is good, while other domestic manufacturers (who also put out a good product) have gone bankrupt in the past or the recent past (GM, Chrysler)
That means I reward prudent management.
-Being Alaskan and driving thru icy conditions, the heaviest vehicle in class with the most docile engine means excellent handling in low-traction conditions.
-Ford's interior engineering has always been given top nod which as an end user I really like.
-Styling (exterior) is probably one of the biggest reasons a consumer chooses a particular brand. I love the styling!
-I am confident in dealer support. Not Government Motors or a smaller corp like Chrysler lending doubts as to whether I will be assured of support 5.... 10 years from now.
-Past Ford experience was highly favorable. You build a quality product, you build loyalty to brand.
-Strength of chassis is of high value to anyone who actually pays attention to the vehicle other than what they see from the driver's seat.
-Parts availability (due to sheer number of vehicles sold) and aftermarket support
-Companies like www.powerhungryperformance.com that support Ford exclusively, and are faith based and top notch in the industry
In my personal opinion it's getting more and more difficult to choose "which one's best" because everyone is trying to hard in the innovation and quality department of all products. Doesn't matter if it's trucks, or cars, or airplanes, or digital cameras, or what not... any consumer product out there that is based on quality is actually pretty good. There are some companies in every industry to stay away from... but Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Toyota and Nissan all make a great product. I have the greatest dealer support from Ford in Alaska.
The only thing I don't care much about is Ford's support of gay rights/issues. They give money and promote that agenda which I don't hate, but don't support, and would rather they never did that sort of thing.

i love my truck because when i drive past a bunch of guys I know it is because... my truck is bigger than their truck. (even better when I'm driving my F-450) most guys can't stand a girl's truck being bigger than theirs.

I love my truck because anything I have asked of her, she has done without a complaint. She's carried a pallet of concrete (thats 4200 lbs), she's towed 20' car hauler w/ my 72 chevy stepside on it (only good chevy is a classic), she's there for me when I want to jump the curb and avoid traffic, gone through 2' deep of water w/out a problem arising from it... I LOVE MY FORD!!!!!!!!!

My 05 XLT 4x4
I love my Supercab because it hauls my 20' boat like its not even there, and rides like a Cadillac, despite being a 4x4. It is still quiet and smooth at 67K miles. It has had a few demons, but this truck is still solidly reliable. I have 2 young sons who love to ride in "Big Blue". Great truck. (will add pics soon)
