I am going to check LKQ for a console this week. I think this will be my next mod.

If you make the front mounts sit in more you will get it very close to the dash unlike mine. It is sturdy and I really like it. Now I have to install power window soon because it is to much work reaching over it though.

Thanks for the input. I want it to sit like the first pic in the thread.

I just picked mine up from LKQonline for $45 shipped. Anyone looking should check it out.

HOLY CRAP!!! I've looked all over the net at junk yards and pick and pull lots locally and statewide and I have never come across this site. I don't know how...but thank you for mentioning it!

Ok so maybe you can do a better write-up/install than I did. I decided on how I am going to close the gap with a fabricated trimming. After fixing some rattles I feel like I am driving a different truck. Last think I want is to introduce another trying to close that area.

well holy crap! I just bought one for 42.00 shipped from the LKQonline site! how did I not know about this place! hopefully its as good as it sounds. 42 bucks beats driving 50 miles to the junk yard and maybe not finding anything!

now here is a tricky question...... if you have a super crew, and you put one of these expedition consoles in, what do you do with the radio and climate controls in the back of the console? is there a way to remove them and maybe add some 12v outlets? or maybe some type of storage cubby?

Hey pitbulldawgz, I ordered one on Saturday for the same price. Right now I have a non-flow console in my regular cab. But for the price I'll mess around with the expedition one and see which I like better.
