I have been looking at body lifts and for my truck, 2007 F150 4x4. Other trucks they cost like $150, my truck they cost like $400!?!? What gives? Anybody know why, or have experience with a body lift on these trucks?

Well IMO, body lifts look like dooky.......sorry. Maybe others think this also so they dont buy them and that is why the price is so high?????

Ok well I wasn't really asking if people thought they looked nice but ok. Anyway, most trucks they are like $150 but a newer F150 they are expensive. I am pretty sure that people with every other truck on the road think they look great and buy them up, but owners of 04+ F150's specifically don't like them and cause the price to be high. Thanks anyway for the input

My point was supply and demand.....I hardly see any F150's 04-08 with a body lift. Sorry if I came across wrong.

i believe they are a pain to install as well since the body mounts are inside of the cab as well. I could be wrong though.

What do you mean they are body mounts are inside the cab? I'm confused lol

I have also wondered the same thing as well. Have you looked at the PA Body Lift? I want to do one but that price just ruins it for me.


Also if you do a body lift correctly you can hardly even tell it has one.

Yes I have they are $400 from summit racing I'm getting one in May and doing it. I just don't see how there are body mounts inside the cab

Yeah I don't see how there are mounts inside the cab at all. Pretty positive they are all outside like normal.
