Who makes a good leveling kit?

I used the Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks. You can adjust them to a few settings, I'm at 1". You can do 2" as well I believe.
I have nothing but good things to say, very satisfied with them. One major reason I did this over the spacers is because the original shocks had over 100k and 10 years old, wanted to freshen up the ride.

yeah if you do all that you will keep about .75-1" of rake. Like techrep said, do just the spacers if you want level. I actually did exactly what you posted (but for my gen) and it was exactly what I wanted as I wanted to keep some of the rake. Not technically level but what many call "the poor mans lift".
I'm already making plans on replacing the spacers with adjustable coilovers, but I have no complaints about this RC kit. The $200 spent there changed the look of my truck drastically in a good way!

Thanks a ton for the help, y'all!!!

If you do that whole kit...your 4WD will not sit level...it will be rear end high or have what we call a "Rake" I'm not sure what look your going for here but, you asked about leveling your truck..

Please forgive my ignorance, as I am a complete noob at this type of thing. The rake is not harmful to my truck, I assume, as it comes with rake from the factory, correct? My previous truck was a 03 Dodge Dakota with a 4" lift on it. It was that way when I got it. What I'm after is a bit of lift, but not a ton. The "leveling" kit lifts just the front, it appears. The kit that I linked would lift the entire truck just a bit, which is what I'd ultimately like. Also, with the nose down just a bit, does the truck not get a little better fuel economy? I assume that is why they come with the front lower than the rear? Again, not trying to be a smartass. Just want to make sure I understand fully.

Rake helps with towing and hauling. It's there so that when you load up the back or weigh it down with a trailer, your nose doesn't point to the sky. Rake does not hurt anything, but when asking about "leveling" kits, it is generally the consensus that you are trying to "level" the truck.
Adding the extra block is not harmful, it just makes it not "leveled".
I think what you are going for is the cheapest way to "lift" the truck. That's exactly what I wanted when I bought this kit, what you selected is perfect imo. Will bring the front up about 2" and the back up about 1".

I'll throw in my vote RC
I went with the Rough Country 2.5" in the front block and longer shocks in the rear. I wanted a little rake also. My last one squatted with ATV in the back or pulling a trailer.

2" Autospring here. I like it because it has the offset built into the spacer and the angled reinforcement of the upper and lower plates. Mine was about in spec when I took it to get aligned after the install.

I'm not into spacers, but Rancho makes a great leveling kit for the Fords. Go to Ranchos web site and they can fit most vehicles.
