Link don't work... as long as they are metal spacers...they are all about the same. HBS is very popular brand...I have had a skyjacker on my 08 since new...no problems.

I had the Motofab 2.5" and it was nice but I pulled it out and replaced it with Bilstein Ride Height Adjustable struts set at 2.5". Smoother ride and same amount of lift.

I got mine from http://www.autospringcorp.com on my old 2WD. I got the 2.5, but if I had it to do over again I would have just gotten the 2. After I got my alignment, it put the front almost a 1/2" higher than the rear. I had no complaints other than that. Rode for 7 years before I totaled her out.

you do not need all that just to level...all you need is a 2.5" spacer..

yeah if you do all that you will keep about .75-1" of rake. Like techrep said, do just the spacers if you want level. I actually did exactly what you posted (but for my gen) and it was exactly what I wanted as I wanted to keep some of the rake. Not technically level but what many call "the poor mans lift".

I'm already making plans on replacing the spacers with adjustable coilovers, but I have no complaints about this RC kit. The $200 spent there changed the look of my truck drastically in a good way!
