For 15051's they still do. And ONLY them.

For CS/CTS - NO ONE.

That's correct. Edge really effed them up there, too. Bastiges

However, To do 15051's ( a.k.a EF2400's, or EVO ), they use their own client software - called Pegasus. Available download from PHP's site.
