Put your oven to 250. Put the lights on a block of wood then turn off the oven. Wait ten minutes and get to prying em apart. Thats how I did mine and it took about 20 minutes for both.

How long did you leave them in the oven and you just sat the head lights on the racks?

I left them in for ten minutes a piece. I put a block of wood down on the rack so the plastic didnt touch the hot metal. It took me abut ten minutes of prying to get them apart.

I'd honestly recommend the brand I got. Place out of Louisiana called LED concepts. Know a few other people with some of their products that love them. They are brighter than all get out and easy to install

Where did you order them from? I was looking at flash tech color shift halos.

Off their website, I just contacted them with a couple pictures of my headlights and got a response the next day with what I would need to order.
