Not hard just a little pain in the *** if you search the forums for painting headlights theres alot of tutorials even on youtube aswell some say 200 degrees at 10 mins some say 250 but i went 225 and it was still kinda hard so id suggest the 250 for 10 minutes youll see what im talkin bout when you see the tutorials
