Hear a whistling noise coming from my front passenger side wheel. I put new front brakes on it about a year ago. Could it be a bad rotor?

I have the same noise, gets more frequent faster I go, but sound stops once brakes are pressed. Sound the same?

I believe its the cause of the rotor. Friend is a Ford mechanic and just from his observation that's his opinion. Have yet to get it fixed.

Are you also feeling a pulsation in your brake pedal?

I don't feel any pulsation in the braking at all. Even as I apply my brakes the whistling continues until I come to a complete stop. I was thinking rotors also. I replaced the front brakes last year.
