Default Is A Battery Reset Required After Installing New Injectors?

I've replaced all 8 of my truck's injectors in the hope of curing a rough idle and high long term fuel trims.

How long should it take for the ECU to adjust all the fuel trims to account for the new injectors? Or is it best to disconnect the battery for 30min or so in order to reset the ECU and allow it to learn trims from scratch?

So, you did'nt disc the battery when you did the injectors? Im just messing with you. My mech says to just drive it and it will adjust. I personally never thought the battery relearn does anything but I guess it could'nt hurt. I've done it but like I said
