Whine at 1000 rpm

Default Whine at 1000 rpm

Have developed a whine that is throttle sensative at about 1000 to1100rpm then it goes away after that it's sounds like a deep tea kettle thru the 1000-1100 rpm band no noise at idle no noise past those rpm I have put a new alternator tensioner pulley all new idler pulleys and I new belt on the truck and the noise still persists lol can anyone help! Lol

It's a harmonic noise it is not weather or temperature sensitive just thought I'd drop that info.

Update noise almost sounds like a little turbo spooling def in the pulley area of truck

Is it the seal around the air filter. I think of that as more of a "moaning" noise but i went and bought some black foam from the local hardward store and my "moan" went away.

Well damn. I know the idler pully bearing has a tendancy to go bad. And its really easy to change.

I already changed all the idler pulleys the tensioner and the alternator lol still got a damn noise only things I got left is water pump pulley the water pump and the ac compressor pulley
