Default Where should i put my tips?!

Hey guys,

Yes I know another exhaust thread!

I got the truck with exhaust but the tips are nasty and I don't like how much you can see them from the side,

So I got new tips from my friends at napa, they hooked me up with these SS black chrome tips, they look awesome! $22 a pc

I have some pictures if my current set up that I don't like, I have a picture if another truck I found online that i do like, it's the tan f150

Give me some ideas and pictures please!

Thanks again guys!

And yes I know the truck is dirty, to many storms this weekend to clean it!

I say go out the corners like the tan truck. Was driving behind a new Sierra today and he had his so tucked up under the corners you could only see the ends. Looked awesome

It looks good on the side like that but keep in mind they are going to be dirty all the time from puddles to mud etc. Just a thought, but they do look the best like that IMO

Unless your sitting up really high chrome tips are gonna get dirty pretty much every time it rains no matter where they are pointed

I meant the mud, water that is thrown up from the tire. I had some coming straight back in my ranger and didnt notice them getting as dirty as if they were behind the tires

I say like the tan truck. The tips that are on my truck drive me insane. I can see them from the side like your talking about with yours and one sticks out farther than the other

I agree with king, that style looks best...

Here's a thread I started asking this question a while back with a lot of pics...
