Default Where to mount lights on back of truck for better lighting

Hello, I have my windows tinted and have blacked out tail lights, looks real good during the day, but really hard to see backing up at night. A few trucks ago I put some lights on my chrome drop down bumper but had to do some jerry rigging to get it on there. Don't really want to do that again on this newer truck. I want something that looks clean and I can just run to a toggle in the truck. Any ideas on pictures would be appreciated!
Thanks

Sure, there's a guy at work with this setup:

Looks like it just wires into the reverse lights.

If I do decide to deal with this problem I will probably cut the bumper and put a pair of these in

I bought a set of the KC 26 Series Aux Back-up Lights and there is a very good mount point on the back side of the bumper for you to put a bracket for the lights. However I have refrained from placing mine on after having them for about 6+ months due to it detracts from the looks of the truck during the day. I don't have blacked out lights but I have 15% tint and it does suck how dark it is!

I drilled two holes in my tow package bar and mounted two square lights there. Looks flush and puts out a lot of light. I hooked them up to a switch inside under the steering wheel where they come on when I put it in reverse or can just turn on when hooking up a trailer. One of my favorite and useful mods since I have 5% all the way around!

Yeah I like the idea of that on the hitch. shouldn't be too hard I don't think, don't know if I am going with a good name brand or not for the lights or just something kind of cheap at walmart. How do you like having the 5% all around? i have 15% plenty dark at night but kind of want to go darker...

I also was going to try putting a long l.e.d. light that goes under tailgate that everyone has on trucks that goes white when truck goes in reverse that just plugs into trailer hook, but I doubt that will be enough to do anything.
