Where might I find covers or plugs to fill the rear parking aid sensor holes
I ordered a new rear bumper pad for my 2008 Ford F150. The pad has 2 holes where the rear parking aid sensors are supposed to go. I do not have the sensors and I want to fill the holes. Does anyone know where I might find covers or plugs so I can cover the holes?

Measure the diameter of the hole. Go to a plumbing/Electrical store and find you some rubber grommets similar in size. Drill the hole out larger if need be

Not sure on how big that hole is, but these Christmas tree push pins could be an option.

OK, I ordered the cap that is supposed to cover the hole where you lower the spare tire. It was Ford Part # 4L3Z15402A36AA. For the life of me, I can't figure out to install it. It seems to be too big for the hole.
Can someone tell me what I have to do?

Are you trying to use the spare lock cover, to cover the parking sensor holes?
If not, and you're trying to cover the spare lock hole, I believe the lock holds the OEM cap in place. Lock goes into the cover, lock with cover inserted into the bumper and held in place once locked with key.

There's no "hole cover" for the OEM spare lock, as far as I know. If there is, I want one too.
