Default where to get oem running boards???? HELP

Does anyone know where i can get just the passenger side running board like this. It needs to fit on a 2004 ford f150 lariat supercrew with the newer body style. Ripped it off while running traps early this evening. Ripped the bolts right out and tore the aluminum really bad. Thanks

I have a pair but they are no longer shiny and pretty. Would be good to paint black. $100 plus shipping?

How bad are they chipped up? Have you tried polishing them with some mothers chrome polish or something like that?
