Ok according to the owner's manual it should be behind the kickpanel access cover on the passenger side. In front of the fuse box. I must be blind because I cannot find it. I am triing to reset it by pressing the little red button at the top of the switch.

Ya, okay I see it now...when they say in front of fuse panel they dont mean as you are looking at it, it's in front as in between the fuse panel and the fire wall.
