Default Where does this hose go? Possible brake bleeder hose?

Hi, just recently got my 2008 F150 STX 4.6L 4X4 back from the body shop and noticed this hose on the real axle hanging down near the ground. Upon further examination it looks like a brake bleeder hose but I just want to confirm this with you experts.
Here is a pic of the hose that is on the drivers side of the rear axle:

I found this piece just underneath the bed of the truck that it could possibly hook up to and this is what I found. The piece is just a loose piece of plastic so I'm guessing it attaches to it. Here is that piece of plastic:

Please tell me if that hose goes on that piece of plastic. Just don't want to screw anything up Much appreciated.

yup, make sure you call and tell them they forgot to plug it back in since they took the bed off.

Thanks for your help. Yes it seems very obvious but I always manage to screw something up so I wanted to play it on the safe side. Thanks
