im not a huge expert on lifts but i think pro comp is a very well known company and have never heard anything negative about them, i think you would be very happy with it. they seem to be priced pretty reasonably too. its the same lift i have on my truck too.

yeah. I am still undecided on weather to go with a 3inch body lift 4 inch lift or 6 inch lift.

just really depends on how much you want to spend, with a 6 inch you would probably want to get some bigger tires, not really sure what size you have now but 35 are about the smallest most people want to got with it that tall, anything smaller looks kind of to funny. you already have the wheels so thats one less expense. good luck hunting and definatley keep us posted on what you want your going to do.

I will forsure I have about 1200 in the bank and want a little bit of extra to keep in there. So I don't think I will be able to afford a 6 inch unless my parents help me out.

your parents must be pretty awesome if you think they will help you out with a lift. haha. my mom has been like that for me too. shes bought me about 3 different audio setups for some previous cars of mine for birthdays. awesome parents rule.

Lucky guy. you should ask them if they would be willing to buy your new friend (me) a new set of tires. mine are on their last leg.

Go with a lift kit, forget the body lift crap. Do it right the first time. Pro Comp makes an excellent lift kit. I am assuming by your signature you have a 2wd truck, so the stage 1 Pro Comp lift will be fine.
