I just had mine done by line- x for $125 out the door
They look good, and will last a lot longer then the home spray jobs.

this was done with 3m undercoating, it's a waste of money doing linex a stock truck IMO, unless you got a big lift, no one can see underneath anyways. the 3m stuff is like 9 bucks a can and prep it good and it will last as long as you own the truck, you can find some that are paintable too.

I like the line -x better the 3M spray looks blotchy and kind of thin.

It could be just the quality of the pictured.

having it super thick is pointless...125 bucks is alot, when i got my whole box done for 400.

You say "having it super thick is pointless" I disagree the thicker the more protection it offers your truck. In another post you mention that you have Nitto Mud Grappler on your truck, This leads me to think you take your truck off road quite a bit. The thicker the better for off road when you are kicking up rocks and sticks.

You also say that the $125 is a lot, How much did you pay for each or your tores? If it is what you want then what does price have to do with it. I see post about people ripping off brand new exhost systems because they want a diffrent sould and beleave it will give them a lot more HP.
To me this is a wast of money but if it is what they want then they shold ahve at it.

Exactly, it's what you want. It's not for me, nor worth the $$ to me. my truck has never been off the road, ever. it's just for looks and shows. and i will voice my opinion of what a waste of money it is, do you have the box lined too?

It's all about what you want and can justify the cost, i can see paying 600 a tire, some things it's insane, just how people are.
