I wouldn't own a 6.0 powerjoke. 7.3,maybe. But the cummins is a way better diesel,as is the duramax.

duramax/allison is the best combo you can buy IMO

powerstroke hands down for me, ive drove and pulled with them IMO you cant beat them, the cummins are good but the tranny's suck, the 6.0 just had a bunch of issues, my grandpa has been lucky not have many but the ole 7.3 we had is still going strong absolute beast

you can't get a better trans behind a diesel than the allison, the 7.3 is a good diesel, but a majority of the used ones are getting up there in miles.

yep i second that. i had my first set on for about 3 years before one of them fell off and i had a nice half circle of bare metal above all of my wheel wells after i took the rest off. so i was stuck with getting them again.

Do you think that if i took the flares off right now it would be okay? Like i said, i think ive had them for about 2 months.

Not sure what it is about the fords but i just love em, i come from a ford family...

Also, if i were to trade my truck in, would i be better off giving it to them as it is, or putting it back to stock and selling the parts seperate? I would have tires, rims and the fender flares. I know i would get more money if i sold them seperate, it just depends on how much more i would get. I don't really want to go through the hassel of trying to sell everything seperatly, (seem to have bad luck at selling stuff) but if the dealer is not going to give me ANYTHING more, then i guess i would.

i doubt it, my flares were on 2 weeks in the front and the paint was already done. as for selling it, i would give it a shot on craigslist and ebay before i stripped it and traded it in. dealers won't give you more at trade in, but they will jack up the price on resale usually, funny how that works. a dealer told me if my truck was lifted or stock i would get the same trade in, but i said yea but you would sell my lifted truck for more on the lot right, he just giggled. i was like have a nice day.
