Wheel spacer question using factory wheels
So I measured my tire to flare difference and the front wheels would need a 1" spacer to sit flush and the rear wheels would need 1.5" spacers. Will this cause any tracking issues? Please dont warn me of using spacers. Its a street queen and they would be hub-centric. I run a 285/50/20 and they are roughly 1" wider than the 275/55/20, but I want them flush. Thanks.

Thats what I figured. But there has to be a reason that the factory has the rears a little more tucked than the front. I am guessing that even though I just did all new ball-joints, struts, shocks, sway bar links and bushings and tie-rod ends, I will be fine for a while.
Is there a mininum thickness of the spacer that wont require any grinding of the existing studs?

You won't have any problems. A lot of trucks have a slightly wider front stance from the factory. I have no idea why. The 1" spacer will need to have the studs trimmed, the 1.5" probably won't.
