Exclamation Wheel shake at 60mph.

Guys,

I just put new wheels/tires on My '05 SCREW. Went from factory 265/60/18 to 275/55/20. Now I'm getting a wheel shake at 60mph. The tires are new, and I got an alignment yesterday. What could be causing this? Any thoughts on the culprit?

Default Balance

Could be wheel balance, but I just got an alignment yesterday and supposedly they balanced the tires.

Or you threw a wheel weight at some point between the alignment/wheel balanced and now.

Is it the rear end shaking or the front? If rear, could be the emergency break.

First I would do what others have said and have them rebalanced. If you know which wheel is shaking you could also have them rotate and try and determine if the shake follows the tire.

Quick Reply: Wheel shake at 60mph.
