Your vacuum lines, IWE solenoid, and hub can all be shot and the 4x4 will most likely still work. It depends on the exact problem with the hub.

So I jacked it up started it and the Cv spins with the wheel. same as without the motor on. So my question is I need to replace the wheel bearing hubs because my drivers wheel can wiggle back and forth up and down and should i replace the locking hub actuators?

Don't know yet. Now you need to get a vacuum tester and test your vac lines.

Look your doing awesome with helping me but im not worried about that right now I don't have a vehicle to drive and just need to replace the hub then I will test all the other stuff. I want to get two hubs for both sides. If I order two of these will these work or is the sides different as in will I need to get a left and right.? Wait, if your wheel is wiggling side to side and up and down, have you also checked your steering and suspension?

What's the torque on the hub bolts that connect to the spindle and the spindle bolt?
