Would not run it... It may not fully be into the bead but I would be nervous about hitting a pot hole or road debris with that...

used to work at a tire shop....i wouldn't risk using that

Thanks for the replies everyone. I got the tire for $50. Im going to end up using it as a spare. Its a shame. Its brand new.

if theres doubt in your mind right now about how safe it is, are you really gunna feel comfortable driving with it on your truck?

EDIT: good choice, for a spare itd be ok i think but for one you keep on there i wouldnt feel comfortable driving on that at all
