Inaugural TOTM
If you add a 2.5" kit you can clear 33's. Don't go more than 2.5" though because it puts too much stress on the front end and causes premature wearing.
I paid $1225 for my Fabtech kit through the shop that did the install.

Been awhile since I checked on this.....lol.
I've done a ton of searching and decided to wait on the lift until next year and see how things are going. I agree on the 2wd lifting though, its mine and I could care less about what others think. I've been through the "lowered" phase with my Ranger and had a great time in it. I got compliments all day long on it. I think that if you do it up right, then it will turn plenty of heads. Theres some prople out there that have bad taste and ruin every truck they get there hands on.
I also decided that the 6 inch kit looks the best, but it might be a little to much for me. I like the look of 20's and 33" MT's. With a 2.5 leveling kit and a small block I think I'll get the look I'm after. It only sees off road maybe on a dirt road or a small field trail, but rarely. Thats why I opted for the 2wd.
Heres my ranger that I sold after I got the F150. I loved it so much, and did everything on it from paint to the suspension.
