What's the first repair I'm likely to make?
If I buy an 2004 FX4 F150 with 120K highway miles, what is the first repair I can expect to have to make with good maintenance?

Before you buy it, I would have a mechanic check it out first. A 5 year old car with that many miles on it might have some issue. When was the last time the shocks and struts were replaced, or the brakes? I would check on those things first.

I recently bought an 05 with 102000 miles. Pick your poison:
Plugs
Coil Overs
IAC
Injectors
CAM Sensor
CAM Phaser
Upper Control Arms (ball joint)
Tires
AC recharge
It just depends on how well the truck was maintained. My best guess would be plugs unless they were changed recently.
