Ride height changed about 1/2 inch in the back due to the springs, but I suspect that will lower a bit once the springs settle in. I bought these rear shocks with springs because I tow a camper on occasion. The spring shock is great in eliminating sag for this, or if you use the bed to haul heavy loads. Ride is great with or without any back load too.

The 32MM deep socket for the bottom front strut bolt is not required though. I used a good wrench on the left side bolt, and rapped it with a hammer a few times to loosen. Then a pair of wide jaw pliers to hold the right side nut worked well.

Same to re-torque it.

Thanks, I have replaced both my upper A-arms and have the required sockets, but a wrench would work as well.

That single bottom bolt/nut is torqued down good! Even with the sockets, you'll need some leverage, or the old reliable BFH.
