Looks decent to me other than the severe front left tire wear.

Have you looked underneath to see if it's been sunk in a mud hole?

Nice looking truck. As pointed out already, be aware of suspension issues. A worn tire may indicate the obvious: that you should anticipate needing to do ball joints and tie rod ends at some point, considering the mileage. It's a 4x4....beware of all the issues that can pop up there. Function test everything.

How about things like the spark plugs? Can they document that they've been changed? Such things may be a reason to get a reduction in price. But more importantly, you need to be ready to catch up all the maintenance on a truck with this many miles......that's really just getting broken in . My 05 has 146k on it and runs like a champ. You couldn't pay me to get into a new truck with all the issues I keep reading about.
