I always like the drop in bedliner but a paint shop once told me its bad for the truck because it rub the paint off the bed of the pickup and rust start eating up the bed. Thats why i want sprayin bedliner, also i heard that the spryin fad and looks ugly after awhile on top of that its spendy. What you guys think?

Had a factory bed liner in since 2008 and when they removed it the other day to put in the Line X, it had some rubbing at the bottom of the bed but not much at all, and as for rust 0. The factory bed liner did a very good job of protecting my bed. The Line X just cured yesterday, and I think it looks great; it contours the interior of the bed, so if it looks ugly, well its the way the bed looks without a bed liner but now its a thin black coat and not a gaudy plastic thing.

My last f150 had a drop in liner for 13 years. No rust in the bed. (I have heard the stories also)
My current truck has a spray in liner. Both of these liners are good. The drop in is easiest to clean after hauling dirt as it is smoother and slicker.
I got a good deal on a BedRug and put it on top of my spray in liner. Very nice. Things being hauled remain in place without being secured if you don't panic stop or drag race. Fragile items don't get scratched or dinged because they are on a soft surface.
When I buy my next truck, it may have a drop in or a spray in liner.
It will definitely have a BedRug tho.

I am pretty impressed that most people are asking for reasonable things that are actually needed and not just new accessories haha. Im sure I could deff stand to use some new parts but getting accessories just seems more in the jolly spirit haha
