what upgrade would you get first?

12 Second Truck
Very good point. With the SC's you have horse power and torque where you can use it. My truck puts 450lbft torque to the wheels at 2600rpm and it never falls below that all to red line. I can pull anything I want plus roast some folks at the strip.

...why I say the tuner is the most cost effective 1st mod (which can be updated for follow-on if you want). Actually, the only mod you'll get any usable gain for normal driving.
CAI won't do much until RPMs are way up there in blown gasket country. I do like re-usable filters like K&N as a cost saver. Exhausts in most cases don't make as much power as they do noise, same reason as before. As stated by the man previously, the best dollar to HP/TQ value is forced induction. Dollar for dollar a supercharger is about twice the power gain as the CAI/exhaust. It comes with it's own air cleaner and you'll still need a programmer.
