What tuner should i use?

I have a 05 F-150 Lariat with a 5.4 L V3. I am looking into buying a tuner which tuner do you recommend? Also is a MPT custom tune worth it?

SCT Livewire w/ custom MPT tunes here and am 110% satisfied. Their 91 octane performance tune is my everyday.

No idea you'd have to call them. I have the 4.6 so I don't have the phasers sorry
