Here's the Falken Wildpeak A/T. It looks really aggressive in person I saw some on a 250 and I thought they were M/T's before I got close enough to see them. My shop is sellin em like crazy too.

I have the same setup as you ( except 4X4 ) and just put on some BFG TA KO 275/70/18s...I love them and they look nice without being too much.

I like the look of the nittos. As far as the toyos, does a 65,000 mile warranty mean that if they wear prior to that many miles that they will be replaced?

After really looking I'm undecided between BFG, Toyo, and Nitto brand all terrains. I like them all and they all have excellent reviews.

Not replaced but if the don't last 65000 miles they will pay you for the amount of miles you didn't get out of them. For instance if you only get 50000 miles out of them they will pay you for 15000 miles worth of the original cost. That is how all tire warranties work to my understanding.

I had this same dilemma and decided on BFG's due to good deal at directtirediscount.com and the large amount of good reviews by both friends and forums. If you're partial to all of them, I'd decide on price.

It only rubs the lower control arm when at full lock, but it's not hurting anything.

Have you considered the goodyear duratrac's? They might be a little more aggressive than you are looking for but I had a friend that had them on his 2500 silverado that got 60,000 out of them. I have them on my truck now and really like them. I have 5k miles on them and they are showing no signs of wear yet.
