Default What temps change a trucks operations??

I know that's a pretty broad question but I'm trying to figure out what could be causing my truck to idle rough and continue to wobble or lope a bit all the way through 2K rpms (in neutral only). It runs absolutely fantastic on very cold days or right after starting it.

My question is, what systems change their operations at what temps?

From what I have found via google the fuel system operates in open or closed loops based on temperature. But I'm not sure of is what temps we're talking about here (O2 sensor temps, coolant temps?, Oil temps?, Air intake temps?) And what are the thresholds?

Also, I read somewhere the variable cam timing won't operate under certain temps, again what temps and what thresholds?

Are their any other systems that are based on temp thresholds like EVAP or fuel pressure?

And is this information available anywhere on line that I'm not aware of?
