Default What spark plug to use

About to change the plus in my 05 5.4 3v for the second time. What plugs do y'all recommend, yes I know how to do them and all that!!

just did mine for the 3rd time (197k miles). I used SP-515 (aka PZH14F) again

Got them done, didn't break a single one off, piece of advice for the 2 fuel fill ups before doing your plugs run a fuel treatment in both tanks, it breaks up all the carbon. All my plugs came out with ease and these had 80k on them.
