I got like a 6" strip. I wouldn't do 12...looks like crap and asking for trouble.

429, Hope you don't get nailed for the windshield, if you do, do not use steam to remove the tint, the windshield is laminated, you will eff it up.

5% 2" below the AVS1 line, 50% on the whole windshield and 5% all around (my buddy has my passenger window open)

I'm getting 5% on the front doors and over the factory privacy glass on Wednesday and I'm debating on getting a brow. On my grand Cherokee I had 5% all around with an 8" brow, but since the f150 has a much larger windshield I think I'm going with a 10" one this time. A guy nearby has a new ecoboost and has his brow like 2/3 of the way down his windshield and it looks stupid! I'd say 10" but to each their own and how you wanna risk your luck... I love 5% tint!

Naw, backing up at night: i have a reverse camera and its inferred plus I roll down the windows and I have lights up under the bumper too.
Darker than 50% on the windshield starts to blur lights at night, so I went with 50%.... In Florida, I wish I could do 5% all over the windshield lol

It does, saves the bumper when towing too. I drooled out the orange in the middle of my license plate and mounted so that I see the top of the ball hitch

Go with the 10" then post some pics so I can see what it looks like haha, no man I would honestly go 10" cause as you can see in the pic from the outside it's really not that low on that big window. I'm in Louisiana and I got 20% on the front doors and 20% over stock on the 3 backs windows. I do think 12" would be like half the window and look stupid though.
