Default what size leveling kit? rear block? please help

I have an 04 f150 4X2. I have included a photo. Should I do a 2 1/2" leveling kit in the front or a 3" in the front and 1 1/2" blocks in the back? I was going to get a autosprings leveling kit on ebay for $70, big o tires will do the labor and reallignment for $185. I am not sure how much more they will charge for rear blocks.
Which of these to options would look the best?

Measure distance between top of tire and fender, do front and back the difference is what you need to level it out. I'm getting a 3" in the front and 2" add-a-leafs in the back because I wanted the extra payload, and ability to fit 35" rubber with NO rubbing.
