Question What performance mods do you have?!

So I am going to Supercharge my truck later on down the road. Right now I am wanting to do performance intake manifold, throttle body, intake, and headers. What do you all think? I have a lifted 2007. I am wanting better performance out of it, besides that usual useless programmer. lol What is everyone's thoughts? If you have already done this stuff to yours, how did it turn out? What brands to go with, and what brands to stay away from??

Long tube headers is the only thing on that list I would invest in of supercharging is in your future. Everything else mentioned would just have to come off when you sc it.

Except the throttle body. And the BBK throttle body is not worth the money. It doesn't flow any better them the stock throttle body.

I only have the "useless" SCT tuner, which isn't useless at all for my 4.6
Stock SCT 87 tune was much better then stock Ford program
Now running the 89 Performance tune & that is Tons better then the stock SCT tune
Wish I had bought one of these shortly after I bought the truck

A tuner; $ for $, those that actually own/do mods know this is the single best "bang for the buck" mod. If you are really going to SC your truck, do your homework, get all the parts needed, then install them and take your truck to a specialist and have it tuned. Or get a tuner and be done...

Lots of us would love to FI our trucks, but there's a LOT of stuff to consider prior to spending the $$. One of which is 93+ octane from then on.

Thanks for the input guys. Ive been swamped with a new job, and etc., so I haven't had a chance to get on here. I have the Bully Dog GT Tuner. I honestly don't notice any difference in power, just throttle response really. I use to have a Mopar, so throwing an intake manifold, bigger throttle body, cold air, and headers on made a huge difference. Yeah I want to SC my truck, but I am trying to do a lot of research on it first, as well as talking to the pros about it. I pretty much have it all lined up to get install, and tuned. Just have to fork over the money. LOL That is why I am half tempted to do those small things first, to see if I get the results I am looking for. For now, I am looking for a little bit more power, and a little better fuel mileage. I have also considered throwing the Raptor 6.2 liter in it. Tons of choices running through my head about this. LOL Will the SC off of a 2000s Lightning or Harley Davidson fit on my motor?? Mine is a 2007.

I just have a useless Edge Evolution, true dual exhaust, Gotts mod with AEM dryflow and just replace plugs, coils, fuel filter and cleaned the throttle body and MAF. I am pretty happy with how the truck runs (2007 FX2 Supercrew) and I can do this:

This the only Programmer that you've tried?? I see a lot of people run this one, I assume it's the best?

Yes, I had one on my 01 Superduty with the 2V 5.4 and now this truck. I love it. When I get the funds, I will convert a Gryphon and get a 87 tow tune and 91 performance tune from PHP.
