It's not the foose one cause it doesn't have the lip like the one in the picture, is it a cut up roush one?

Yeah it kind of looks like a custom Roush chin spoiler...If you type in 2006 F150 Roush and search highest to lowest prices on ebaymotors, theres one being sold halfway down the first page (picture on a Red F150). It doesnt have the cutout for the license plate like your picture you put up shows but its similar.

Almost could be one of the FX2 valences as well...I cant find that exact same one though.
