Default What gasket is this?

Hello all, I'm still a noob so please bear with me. I have a 04 heritage xLtd, v6. She started to overheat yesterday and was leaking Coolant all under. I was wondering what gasket this is cuz it seems like this is the one from where the leak is coming from. Under engine from where it drips

That would be your oil pan gasket, but coolant does not leak from there (if it does you have a HUGE problem). Your water pump is likely bad, but you need to pinpoint the leak to be sure. It sits right above what you have pictured.

Yep, thats clean coolant, if it were milky grey you have issues. Water pump is most likely cause as nrivera04 stated.

Thanks guys. It looks like the housing where the water pump sits. That gasket is bad. I hope that's not the oil pan lol. I haven't noticed any change in oil color, it still looks normal. I'm gonna change that gasket, the water pump and thermostat today. I'll update when it's done

When you order parts, make sure to tell them you have a heritage or just order parts for a 2003.

Started taking things apart but had to step away for a bit and now back at it. When I squeezed the upper radiator hose, we was able to see the bubbles coming from the gasket where the bolts are. Air bubbles from the gasket near bottom bolt. I can feel where the rubber gasket is split
Do I have to take off this whole housing to get to it or do I have to drop the oil pan? Sorry for such childish questions, this is my 1st truck. I do appreciate everything Water pump out, trying to fugure out how to get to that gasket underneath

I figured that was run off from when I backed the truck in to work on her. If coolant is getting in there(I pray it's not), what could be the source of that problem, blown head gasket? Oil color is normal
