Default what to fix/change while I have easy access

So I'm going to attempt to do the centric hub retrofit on my truck 2004 f150 lariat rwd. I figured while I was there I might as well do the shocks/struts so I got the rancho quick lift kit and the 9000s for the rear. I'm going to do brake pads as well, but I'm mainly looking to change/upgrade any other parts in the front steering area while I have it all torn apart so I'm just wondering if there are any known problem parts that I should swap out before I put it all back together and pay for alignment. The truck is vibrating/humming (started out at 45-65mph now its from 20 up) so that's the reason for all this work as im 99% sure it's a wheel bearing. Truck has 154k miles and the camphaser tick but otherwise it's solid.

upper control arms, lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rod ends. I'm doing the same as you here pretty soon as well as the vacuum hubs and vacuum hose for my 4x4.

Any reason for changing all that? Adds a good deal more cash to this swap I just want to be sure it's worth it is all.

Tie rod ends are very easy and cheap to replace...

He's doing the struts already... that will require an Alignment anyway.

If your ball joints haven't been replaced before I would advise doing it now because they'll be nearing the end of their life soon. For the uppers you'll have to remove the strut to replace them, the lowers you have to pull the hub off again. It'd be worth the spending the extra money for the convenience if you can spare the money.

Are they easy to pop out on these trucks? It was a nightmare on my 06 Cherokee.... There was not enough room for the tool.

The lowers are simple if you rent the tool from autozone or somewhere. Uppers are even easier. Once that hub is off you've got all the room in the world under there. They're right on the end of the LCA so it's pretty easy. Buy quality parts, not the duralast parts. That's what I'm running. They have a lifetime warranty but I'm on my second set in around 30,000 miles and the boots are already starting to tear/dry rot on these as well.
