Default What is everyone paying for a new one?

Hey guys! First post here! Seems like a great site.

I'm thinking about buying a new, (preferrably '08) F150 SuperCrew 4x4. I'm wondering what kind of deals everyone is getting from their dealers right now.

As for what I'm looking for beyond what I mentioned above, I'd like to have a Lariat but in reality, all I really want it have (other than your typical power equipment) is the console shift. I guess it doesn't really matter if it's a Lariat or not so long as it has that.

So again, what kind of deals are people finding?

when you go shopping for a truck...JUST DONT EVER GIVE UP... you have to know they are needing to sell them... they will take a beaten just to get rid of them.. (within certain reason) there is a ford dealer here in evansville, in advertising at least 16K off any 08 ford f150...

I apreciate the replies guys, it really helps. I'm wondering how hard it will be to find a new '08 at this point.

I paid around $31,000 for my 08 XLT super crew 6.6' bed 4x4
This was with tags, tax, title, dealer fees, the 100K mile warranty and all the other little fees.

I don't think it is a great deal but a OK one.

also you have to remember that prices will very from place to place and even dealer to dealer.

around me f150 4x4 trucks are a poplar truck and moves somewhat good so great deals are harder to come by, now if you go to a place that they are not so good at moving then you could get a better deal

I just bought an 08 Lariat supercrew 4x4 oxford white W/ towing, audiophile, backup cam, black leather, crome running boards, wind deflector, the only thing missing was Nav.

21,300 plus fees of 2700 + 417 out the door it was 24,417
They started at 2000 below invoice then took aditional 6000 off then they tried to give me 4000 for my 2003 xlt with 80,000 and not in excelent shape. I got up and said goodbye. they threw in another 4000. then they threw in another 500
May not be the best deal but got me to buy
