I just know these 5.4's are notorious time bombs. I just love the styling of the 04-08 F150, so I'll probably keep this one until the frame splits in half.

Yeah, they're hit or miss and not an engine you can get away with abusing. They should have kept the 2V design if you ask me. But you do have a damn nice truck.

How long have you had her? At 175K it sounds like you've either got a good one or the problems have came and been fixed.

Had her for about 100k of those miles. The trucks' original owner was an individual who owned a Ford dealership in Atlanta. From my understanding, any standing issues were resolved. No doubt I lucked out on this one. lol Gonna be doing spark plugs again this weekend and have all front end suspension components, just gotta get the time to put them on.

I love the performance of the icons. Mine seem to catch alot of air, and dance on the glass. In high cross winds, the drivers side makes noise.

Still best blades out there.
