New grill emblem will be here today. It appears to be made of several pieces either glued or pressed together and then heat was applied to "melt" the pieces together. I am going to attempt to dismantle it. There is a seller that charges around $80-$100 for these painted to match. I bought this new for $14.95. A can of E4 and black and I will have $25 into it, if it comes apart as planned. This is the new style Ford is using:

Seem to be. We can now do PTM for less than half of what one seller charges. When I emailed his website he denied knowing anything like a 3 piece Ford oval existed. Just trying to help everybody save money. There is also a 9" one, but its $15 more:
