New grill emblem will be here today. It appears to be made of several pieces either glued or pressed together and then heat was applied to "melt" the pieces together. I am going to attempt to dismantle it. There is a seller that charges around $80-$100 for these painted to match. I bought this new for $14.95. A can of E4 and black and I will have $25 into it, if it comes apart as planned. This is the new style Ford is using:

Exactly what I thought!! These are 3 piece emblems. I had to be very careful, but used only a razor blade to remove the "melted" nubs and it came out perfectly except the center of the "d" which will just get painted like the rest. Next step is to get the E4 and black paint!!

custom emblems are great. I just tool the oval off and put an F-150 badge in its place.....

Did my normal wash and spray detail on my 07 today! Just recently put new terra grapplers on!

It basically took if off the edge off the rim, so I just touched them up real quick!
