Default What did I unplug?

Normally I stick to working on German cars because that's what I'm used to. But, my buddy (with a 2004 F-150) called and said "I've got a 12 pack of coors. Come change my spark plugs." and because I hadn't heard of the spark plug issue with the 5.4 engines I said….ok. MISTAKE. Anyways, I only broke 4 off while changing them, but I think I managed to knock some vacuum fitting lose in the process. What is it, and where does it go? Comes from behind the intake manifold. What i've read thus far says it's supposed to plug into the vacuum reservoir, but supposedly this truck doesn't have that. help.

It looks like this. Little metal disk in the middle.
