I have an 04 4.6L 2wd that has just about 159000 miles on it. I have tried the tier one tune on my edge and I think it runs my truck way to hard. I know you can customize your tune when you are switching from stock to tier 1. What are the best points to change in a teir 1 tune on a stock edge programmer (Not Gryphon Yet) for the 4.6 Engine. Thanks guys!

I run my 2007 4.6 with the tow tune, as it puts the power band at the lower RPM range, and firms up the shift points. Without the camper on the hitch, it drives great. Give that tune a try.

Level 1 is transmission only... go to level 2 like stated above. Enjoy !

I ran my 4.6 on level 2 also. I then upgraded it to a gryphon and I'm using level 2 with it as well. I highly recommend you take the time to upgrade it.
